Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Sweet brown malt aroma with lots of caramel, toast, some dried fruit including plum and raisins, toffee. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Sweet, bit heavy, solid Doppel.

Aus der Dose (bbe 31.05.2025) im 2025-01 getrunken. Dieses gold-orangene Bier mit ganz feiner Trübung kommt mit einem recht leichten Körper von Getreide-, einer sehr feinen Blütenhonigsüße und einem leichten Hopfeneinfluss daher. Gefährlich süffig, aber leider nicht ganz so meins!

Sensory Session #128: Left. Cloudy, golden color and a White head. Nose Is grassy, malty, faint hoppy and caramelly. Taste Is malty, caramelly, faint sweet. Rather short, malty finish. Easy Drinking.

500ml on tap. Pours clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is malt, white bread, faint spicy-floral hop. Taste is light sweet, malt, grain. Light bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Nice clean helles, but underhopped.

330ml panda from LCB. Near clear gold with brief fizz. Aroma has a nice light tropical and gooseberry fruitiness with bread and spice. Taste has a clean fruit, grain, bread, light hop spice tingle and some grassiness. Slick body. Mine lacks a crisp carbonation but looking at previous reviews that's not the norm so must be the condition. Good lager.

500ml can. Cloudy orange-gold pour, roaring fine carbonation, big white fluffy head. Aroma of doughy malts, grass, grainy, floral with light fruity note. Quite smooth with a low fine carbonation. Taste is doughy, grains, light fruit; well balanced. I liked it.
