Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto da frumento e fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è abbondante. Il liquido appare opalescente. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è non invasivo. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano impressioni di miele, frumento, erba, agrumi e banana.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è appena percepibile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida è di aspetto cristallino e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di malto, miele, cereali ed erba.

0,5 boks fra Statens velværesenter i Verksgata, hjemme: lett uklar gylden med tett skum som varer. Gule plommer, aprikosmarmelade, litt citrus og honning. Mild bitterhet, god maltsmak og saftig avslutning.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is smooth bready malt, caramel, dark bread, soft nutty notes and a hint of bittering hops. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. A pretty smooth and balanced Märzen, good example of the style.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is grainy malt, bread, wheat, light dusty, with fruity and soft spicy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Serviceable Keller, some nice grainy malts. A bit on the sweet side though and could be more complex.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Wheaty and fruity aroma with banana, spicy yeast, and clove. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Very decent Weizen, but I have to admit I don't really understand the high acclaim.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is grainy malt with straw, light fruity hints and - unfortunately - some notes of cardboard. Flavour is moderate sweet with a light to moderate bitterness. Body is medium. A disappointing Helles with unwelcome notes of cardboard.
