AROMA- nice red wine barrel character, liquor, cinnamon, clove, chocolate, sour cherry, plum, dark grapes, citrus peel, gingerbread, dates, star anise, caramel, licorice. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately sour, quite warming, red wine, mulled wine, spices and citrus peel, plum, sour cherry, grapes, my father's homemade sour cherry liquor... Full bodied. Really good.

Can 0.473l from the brewery, one and three quarters years aged. 9%ABV. Lightly cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- plum, cherry, strawberry, jam, a bit peaty, light whiskey impression. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, moderately bitter, full of berries, strawberry, cherry, plum, dark grapes, lightly peaty. Fuller bodied. Very tasty.
