Description
Two Roads Brewing Company was founded in 2012 by four friends who dreamed for years of starting a craft brewery. We foster a “road less traveled” philosophy in the beers we make and how we make them. In that spirit, Phil Markowski, our award-winning Brewmaster and 27 year craft beer veteran has created an extensive lineup that takes a unique twist on classic beer styles. Two Roads was named one of the ten best breweries in America by Paste Magazine and has won many awards including gold for Belgian Lambic style Ale in 2016 at the Great American Beer Festival.
Two Roads isn’t just the logo on our brewery building, it’s our philosophy. Life always seems to offer up two ways to go. It just so happens, we prefer the one less taken and having some fun along the way – in our lives, our careers and especially for our beers! Now our “road less traveled” philosophy is being brought to life in the beers that we create and how we create them.

Can from the $1 discount rack. In the glass its cloudy peach colored with fairly good rock white head. No peach nose, more of a volatile olfactory f some sort. Can't pick out the hibiscus and the peach is rather muted. Up front it just comes across like a wheat ale that is somewhat flavored, not much flavor that it. Not only that, the fruit part seems a little artificial too. Difficult in the middle tho I do detect a hair of tartness. Yea, the cover on this can is a little misleading.

Can from the Advent Box Dark gold color with a thin off white head that slowly recedes. Earthy spicy hops and light yeasty notes against a rich toasty bready maltiness. Seemed a bit sweet imho but tasty,

From a can. Pours a clear cola with an off white head. Aromas are fruity with nuts, kind of like a fruit cake. Flavors are mostly sweet with a bit of bitterness in the finish.

Hoppy and juicy, sweet, surprisingly malt-forward. Overripe stone fruit, a bit bitter and dank, smooth. Color seems ok but maybe some oxidation here, rating redacted. Not bad, maybe 3.6.

Can, best before Jan 16, 2023, drunk 11/3/22. Clear, dark amber. Large, latte-colored head shows strong retention. Cinnamon-vanilla and malt sweetness adding rich maple and caramel. Is that rum in there? Maybe, or maybe just raw alcohol, hard to tell. In the mouth it looks like someone's got carried away with specialty malt. The rum barrel and alcohol just rip through the flimsy, crusty, grainy, thin texture created by a lack of ample base malt. Grainy, sharp, alcoholic, thin. Just terribly-brewed.
