Description
We are a ten barrel micro brewery specialising in producing top of the range cask ale using the finest Maris Otter malt, whole cone hops, Derbyshire hill water and our own freshly cropped yeast.

Cask @ Stafford Beer & Cider Festival. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and light hoppy - flowers. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 280717

Cask @ Stafford Beer & Cider Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, fruits, flowers, hops and has a sweet fruity finish.

Cask at GBBF 2016, Olympia, London. A straw coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, malty, citrus aroma. Tastes hoppy, malty, citrus, slight caramel. Decent and drinkable.

Cask at GBBF 2016 - Day 5. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The nape has zesty and pithy citrus, lemon, dry pale bread. Light sweet flavorbwith flinty minerality, some grass, lemon peel. Light bodied with fine carboantion; good condition. Lightly grassy on the finish, with more citrus pith, minerals, hay. Nice golde.

Cask. Gravity dispense. Barrow Hill jamboree. Clear straw colour. White head. Nose has peach melba. Biscuit. Grain. Straw. Taste is soft sweet and light, well balanced bitter. Fruity, citric bitter finish. Nice one.

Tried at Rail Ale Beer Festival on 20th May 2016. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Malt and citrus aromas. Tastes floral, citrus, plenty of hop notes and a little grass. Really decent gold. Liked it.

Cask at the Rail Ale Festival Chesterfield, 2016. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is grassy citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a fruity dry spicy hop bitter palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
