Delt med Rune på GBBF Winter festival i Burton-Upon-Trent. Lys gylden. Klar. Lavt luftig skum. Tung fruktaroma. Smaken tørket frukt & skog. Tørr bitter avslutning.

Cask at GBBF '22 day 2, 03/08/22. Clear light golden blonde with a white crown that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is citric sherbets, grass, lemon rind, pale malts. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, melon, grass, herb, toasted grains, airy malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow hop spattering. Not bad for a cask logger.

Handpull cask at the Crown Inn, Heanor, as 'Cascade'. Light yellow and clear with a frothy white head. Sweet lemon notes, a little bit of grapefruit, hay and grass. A pleasant bitterness to the Taste that intensifies a bit throughout the sip until the bitter finish. Lemon dop in the aftertaste. Nicely put together.
