Helder donkergeel bier met schuim wat niet erg lang blijft staan. Smaak is bitter hoppig met een goede bitterheid en verfrissend. Een heel degelijk bier.

Bottle. Bier Huis Ossett. Clear straw colour. Very decent lasting white foam. Light dry grain. Touch of yeasty bread. Light grassy leafy hop. Taste has a modicum of sweetness and nicely green zingy bitterness. Light and smashable with a good level of burp inducing carbonation. Lean bitter finish. Great logger bier.

Blik thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Hey is een helder lichtgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van mout en hop. De smaak is moutig, fris en licht hoppig.

Keg @ No. 46, Church Stretton. Pours a clear bright yellow, white head. Clean, light, gentle sweetness..but tame overall. There are more characterful, sweeter dortmunders out there but it's a nice refresher.
