12/09/2018 @home - 33cl bottle from Le Comptoir Belge. Clear golden, medium white head. Nose is malts, hops, bit yeast. Taste is malts, bit bitterhops, yeasty ending. At least not a wattery sweet corn thing like a lot of commercial pilseners but it will never by my favorite style.

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, shared with Belgian RB crew, thanks. Dorée sur léger trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet noble assez plaisant sur effluves fleuries, le tout sur couvert houblonné allemand, rétro fin malté pils. Palais est léger, un cran en dessous de la pils de Jandrain, fleuri caractère malté assez rond, pils avec un fini grains marqué.

Thanks to the RB crew for sharing! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2018! Golden citrus, small white head. Nose is grainy vegetable, almost vegetable,… Thick oily paper, vegetable, grain, white malt, oily,. Bread & vegetable oil. Def better than feared.

7 3 6 3 13Draft at BXL Beerfest ‘18, Brussels. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of fruity and herbal hops. Flavour is above light sweet and light to moderate bitter. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Rather cloudy yellow beer, small creamy white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: grains, malty and cow fodder, but also a bit citric, some fresh cut grass, hoppy. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty start, bitter hops, grains, hay, bit grassy. Aftertaste: hint of citrus, hoppy, grassy, malty, cow fodder, dry and bitter finish, good one! Probably one of the most bitter, definitely one of the best En Stoemelings so far!

At BXL festival. Hazy pale yellow straw with white head. Dry grassy hops, very dry malts and wheat, soft earthy hops, lemon peel. Barely any sweetness, quite bitter. Over light bodied with a bit dry feel.
