750mL bottle, undated, but w a Shelton label so...drunk 6/8/23. Amber, unclear, beige head, very carbonated. Oxidation, fruit, biscuit. Toasted malts, vanilla, light pepper. Biscuity, toasty, oxidized. It's not crude, with no gross phenols, but the bready, toasty malt and oxidation is gross. I do like the phenol profile but will have to check in again on this one.

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has generic fruitness with some perries, light spicyness and cereals. Taste has fruitness and also some notes of dried fruits, light sweetness of fruits. Medium bodied. Pretty simple and fruitful, but balanced.

Poured from the tap. Clear blonde gold with small white head. Saison yeast, mild Belgian yeast, mild citrus, very feint floral note. Decent.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 22 Oct 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, spicy nose with notes of bread, herbs and citrus. Malty, spicy taste with herbs, bread, hay, citrus and a gentle spicy/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 21 Oct 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with peaches, citrus, apricots and bread. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, apricots, peaches, citrus, orange and a mild spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Really tasty and refreshing. Very nice.
