Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

(Previously known as Loka Polly and Black Brook)

Can. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine minerally carbonation. Smooth light pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. The trio of hops bring cooling pine. Dolcita coconut obvious but, oddly less punchy than the Polly IPA with Sabro I necked just before this. Soft layered citrus, decent pineapple late on. Whisper of modern Mosaic candy fruits. Light finish. Pleasant and drinkable but, the Dolcita had its feet up and was well into its afternoon break.

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a good creamy sweetness. Sabro punches hard from the get go with a bold creamy coconut. Mild pineapple peeps from behind the skirts of mild Simcoe citrus. Cooling pine runs throughout and there is a modest hop spice on the close. A coconut IPA with no adjuncts I genuinely feel sorry for people who don't like Sabro. I presume they don't like Dolcita or Sorachi either. Oh well, would be boring if we all had the same taste.

very hazy pale yellow colour, huge, dense ecru-ish head; aroma of lemony, lemon zesty, vanilla, some green tea, litchi, orange peel oily and oatmeal notes; hoppy-bittery taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma and some horseradish-like spiciness; good one

Отличная тройная ипа. Много фруктов, тропики, прям мякоть. Почти нету алкоголя, много сливочности. Отлично.

Can from Lupe Pintos. Milky golden body with a thick off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of mashed strawberry, sweat and melon. Flavour of apricot and orange pith. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A dank and heavily hopped DIPA. It’s good but, for me, it isn’t singing.
