500ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Slightly oaky, unspecific fruity aroma with a herbal-spicy touch, hints of quince and mustard seed. Taste is tart, dry oaky, fruity, notes of quince, apricot, unripe peach and nectarine, increasing fruit acidic tartness, a cautious herbal touch of sage; minimally astringent and prickly finish. Very clean, rather mild - good.

Draught @ Walter's 303 Pizzeria, Denver, CO. Sweet, tart and funky with some sour cherries, oak, wood, syrup and sugary notes. Quite sweet but otherwise pretty sour and farmyardy.
