Draft. Reddish beer with a pinkish head. Light cherry and tart aroma. Raspberry and cherry flavor with tartness/light sourness. Medium bodied. Cherry and light sourness lingers with light raspberry.

Bottle, split at St Mars of the Desert, courtesy of Dann and Martha. Pink tinged, hazy orange. Nose has cherry lips sweets. Some cough syrup. Tart cherry. Cherry stone. Almond. Clean oak. Taste is super tart, and tannic. Dry and quenching. Some fruity sweetness on the lips. Clean and bright, crisp mouthfeel. Tart and bright cherry sweetness to finish. Just the right side of acidic. Nice one.

Bottle thanks to Jules. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong citrus, oak, pineapple. Medium body, oak, stone fruit, light tartness, light dry finish, enjoyed this.

Tasting at Erik's, corked bottle
Not bad, but there is some footy aroma, some apricot aroma, and the dough-y flavour is even stronger than the aroma; sharp acidity.
It has the typical flaws of American lambic-style beers, the cheesy/yeasty/doughy character.

500ml bottle at Erik's. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, fruity, some gueuzeish and stone fruits notes. Taste: similar, very acidic. Overall: nice aroma, but it's verly acidic for me.

Slight haze. There's a nice fresh apricot aroma, there's a nice brett accent. Good sweetness, with a bit of apricot. Brett lending an accent, too. Solid example.

500ml bottle thanks to Blake pours out golden straw color topped with a white head. Nose is nice big ripe peach jam wow great. Taste is more of the nice sweet peach jam and tartness.
