Description
Beachwood Blendery is a small batch beer producer established in 2014 by the same creative minds behind the award winning Beachwood Brewing. Beachwood Blendery has embarked on an undoubtedly geeky quest to recreate the Lambic style beers of Belgium. Our beers are produced using ingredients, equipment, and brewing methods that are both steeped in tradition and admittedly modern.

Bouteille 75cl, partagée avec la BXL tasting crew, merci Pierre T. Got zero reminder of the ’real thing’.

RB Best. It pours a hazy yellow color. The aroma has some unripe peach with hints of herbal funk. The flavor has nice lemon and lime flavor with solid citric tartness. Good amount of clean acidity. Really tasty. Probably one of the best I’ve had from the Blendery.

Bottle at home. It pours a clear pale yellow color with no head. The aroma has some apple juice and very light funky brett notes. The flavor has tart apples, lemon and a little chile heat in the finish. Nice tartness. Clean. Lower carbonation. Decent.
