Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is very peach forward with lots of juicy peach notes and some lighter tannins and skin characteristics. Some light citrus notes and notes of under ripe stone fruit. Faint oak and barnyard funk. Pours a hazy, slightly dull, golden color with a small, thin, white head that disappears immediately. No lacing or legs. Fairly strong juicy peach notes with some light tannins and pit notes. Some light citrus notes and some under ripe stone fruit as well. Light oak notes and hints of herbal, hay, barnyard funk. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer but I wish the acidity was dialed back just a touch. Peach notes are really nice and strong, coming across quite juicy. The beer could use a bit more lambic funk though to balance out the acidity and fruit notes.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma has a nice pluot note to it with more of a plum character than apricot. Faint, citrus and pineapple notes. Light oak notes. Light herbal, hay-like funk. The pluot really dominates though and is quite juicy. Pours a somewhat hazy, bright, golden orange with hints of a rose hue and a medium small, thick, white head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers for a bit. No lacing or legs. Flavor has a light to medium light acidity that is well rounded and balanced by fruity sweetness. Moderately strong fruit notes with lots of pluot flavor. Here the apricot is more balanced with the plum, but this varietal of pluot is definitely on the plum side of things. Faint citrus and pineapple notes. Low bitterness and some light oak. Light herbal, hay notes. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty tasty beer. Lots of pluot notes and the acidity isn’t too strong or sharp. The funk could be a bit higher, but on the whole this is very nice.
