22oz bomber pours hazy deep copper with thin gold edges and supporting a lasting tan head of foam. The mild aroma offers up a bit of lime peel and earthy tea. Hmm. The taste has nice levels of lemon and lime and white wine fruitiness to start. It then gets a bit resiny here and there with bitter hops before a pleasing earthy black tea note joins in and takes this to the finish.

22oz bomber pours sort of hazy ruby red amber while supporting a tan head of foam. The aroma is resiny with hops where malt sweetened bitter floral hops are in the front and a bit of citrus hops in the back. The taste has resiny bitterness with bold pine sap and floral like qualities. It stays pretty resiny and bitter with a decent body right into the after taste.

50cl bottle pours hazy copper-ish amber with a thin tan head of foam. The aroma delivers a mix of sticky malts to pine hops to caramel covered red apple wedges. The taste is similar with malts mixing with thick pine hops that are moderately bitter. It pretty much stays that way into the finish except for faint notes of caramel candy and red apple like fruity esters. Pretty nice barleywine.

50cl bottle pours with a dark body that supports a mocha colored head of foam. The aroma offers up some malt balls, dark roasted coffee, dark roasted malts, a touch of burnt malts as well as some black licorice. The taste is similar with a mix of malt balls, black licorice, dark roasted coffee and nearly burnt maltiness. I’m not getting really any chocolate notes.
