Blond colour with light haze and bright fluffy head. Quite a herbal aroma with some pepper, clove and a little citrus. Has a mineral taste. Base grainy sweetness and some kind of dry yeasty herbal finish.

Bright yellow colour with fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have lots of fruity esters especially honeydew melon. Sweet but not sugary or cloying. The alcohol seems to keep it clean and dry enough.

Clear golden appearance with lasting head. Aroma is exceptionally malty and has something of wood and vanilla too. Very malt forward. Predominantly sweet but the sharpness of alcohol helps add balance as does the dry woody finish.

Geel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is krachtig en bitterzoet met iets van honing, wat koriander, banaan, pruimen en abrikoos. Volle en rijke smaak. Lijkt meer op een heel goede tripel dan een Quadrupel. Desondanks een heel goed bier.

Helder goudkleurig bier met mooie stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is bitterzoet en ietwat fruitig en kruidig met iets van sinaasappel, wat banaan met een vleugje koriander.

Bottle at the brewery, Brussels, Friday 29th April 2022. Pours a lovely orange colour, hazy orange color with a large foamy white head. Floral and spicy notes, soft moutheel, pleasant bitterness, in fact the sweetness and bitterness are well balanced, a little soft ripe sweet orange. This is a very nice beer.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is flowery, esters, pretty classic Belgian flavours, in a nice balance. Taste is the same, nicely bitter in the back. Oily mouthfeel with soft carbonation.
