Can, directly from Bierol. Thanks to Sander! Color: Hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma: Citrus fruit, spicy notes, grainy hints. Taste: Wheat malt, minerals, yeasty, coriander notes and subtle notes of orange zest and lemon zest, some bread. Slightly lactic / milk, wouldn't have guessed it's made with whey if I didn't know. Decent wheat beer.

Can, Bierkiste. Light hazy amber, offwhite head. Light wheatbread grain and citrus aroma. Medium light chewy body, mellow mouthfeel, dry minerally Weissbier yeast, clove, vanilla, banana, coriander seed, light citric milk drink in the finish, spices retronasal. Fun.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, large white head. Aroma: Spicy, yeasty. Taste: Spicy / peppery, yeasty, fruity notes (citrus and stone fruit), grainy notes. Hoppy backbone. Medium body, just over average carbonation. Moderate sweet and moderate to over moderate (herbal) bitterness. Nice Saison.

Can. Color: Lightly hazy pale golden with a little touch of red. White head. Aroma: Pine, hop. Taste: Hop, lime and subtle pine cones. Below medium body, average carbonation. Light to moderate sour, very light sweet and bitter. Very nice Radler.

Can, Bierkiste. Pours pale pink, low pinkish head. Aromatic conifer and citrus nose. medium body, chewy mellow, light sweetness, resin, light honey, dry, lovely wood note. Quite nice really.

Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen erfahren, dass Bierol den zum Heineken-Konzern gehörenden Getränkehändlerriesen Ammersin nicht mehr beliefert. Und ein paar Tage später finde ich ein paar Bierol-Biere im Meidlinger Beer Store Vienna, dem Shop der Next Level-Brauerei. Das Bier, das hochdeutsch soviel wie Hafer-Geiss 🐐 heißt ist ein Bier mit Hafer und ordentlich Aromahopfen. So ist es extratrüb und hat sehr viel Bodensatz. Dadurch hat es einen deutlichen Weißbrot-Körper 🍞, aus dem die grasigen 🌾🌱 Hopfennoten mit leichter Blumigkeit 🌺 hervorspringen. Es erinnert an manch amerikanisches NEIPA, wobei es aufgrund des Hafers seinen eigenen Charakter hat, was mir sehr gefällt

0,33l can at home, courtesy of Rob, big thanks. 13.06.2024. yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. smells grassy, earthy, caramel, coriander, spices, esters, light bubblegum. nice smell. light body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, caramel, bit sweet, tobacco, bit grainy. finishes bitter and sweet with notes of caramel, grain and tobacco notes. good overall, but feels rather heavy. Personally I would prefera bit more crispness.
