Drunk from the can at the Innsbruck Altstadt Christkindlmarkt. Creme brulee, lavender, grassy hops, and bread dough. Sweet and surprisingly creamy, with a mild, zesty bitterness. Light, crisp, and sharp. Fun and interesting.
