Bottle. A Saison that spent some time with a funky house blend before it matured for 6 months in an Austrian Weißburgunder (white wine) barrel. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, spicy, Brett notes, citrus fruit. Taste: Malty, subtle spicy, fruity white grape and lemon zest, Brett, nice hoppy backbone. Moderate sweet and over moderate bitter, light tartness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Dry finish. Going more and more to the Brett side when standing longer. Very nice.

Can picked up from Bierkiste München consumed at home Wednesday 8th November 2023 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music, about to cook Pasta and homemade Pesto. Pours hazy yellow with a white head, good sized white head. Nice bite, bitterness, a little bit resinous, soft mouthfeel. A little bit of grapefruit also. It's a nice beer.

Bottle. Color: Hazy brownish amber, beige head. Aroma: Dark malt, wheat, chocolate, caramel. Where is the banana? Taste: Roasted malt, dark malt, wheat, chocolate, caramel. Only hints of banana. A little more banana at the finish, but still less than expected on base of the name of this beer. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Different from other weizenbock beers I've had. Good.
