750ml on Brian's deck. Appearance: hazy straw with a white head. Aroma: nice farmhouse and fruity notes, with some barrel character. Taste: along the same lines, a bit harsh. Overall: not bad, but it's not elegant enough to call it a good beer.

750mL bottle, pours a fairly clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma is loaded with complex rustic saison yeast, a little white pepper, and oak. Flavour is pretty much identical, with rustic saison yeast, white pepper, oak, and a little wild yeast. Really nice rustic saison yeast with just enough white pepper. Excellent.

500mL bottle, pours a fairly clear dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of lager yeast, grassiness, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is crisp and clean, with lots of grassy notes, gentle dry hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Grassy and crisp. Very nicely made.

500ml at Matt's amenity room. Appearance: hazy pale straw with a white head. Aroma: Saaz hops. Taste: same stuff in here with a high hoppy bitterness. Overall: probably a good lager for those who like classic lager hops.

Golden, maybe a touch of chill haze. Medium head. Stale grass and sort of mildew. Touch of hop on the palate, grassy, not bad. The pale malts are getting there, but it's also a bit sticky.

On tap at Blind Enthusiasm, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a large white head. Aroma is loaded with tequila and wild yeast upfront, and a bit of wood. Flavour is elegant, with lots of mixed bugs, subtle tequila, and rustic saison yeast. Rustic and wild. I wish the tequila was more prominent, but the wild yeast really showcases nicely. Excellent.

On tap at Blind Enthusiasm, pours a clear pale yellow with a large, foamy white head. Aroma smells more like an ESB, with a British malty profile and subtle hops. Flavour reveals a very subtle malty profile, with bready malt, crisp and bitter grassy hops, and biscuity malt. Nicely constructed, with a crisp finish. Good stuff.
