Description
Blind Enthusiasm is driven by our passion for great beer and fine food. We brew three distinct types of beer at two locations in Edmonton. We brew crisp ales and lagers as well as complex barrel-aged beers at the Market, located alongside our restaurant, Biera. At The Monolith we’re running one of largest barrel-fermented beer programs in Canada.

(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 20 Oct 2018) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with dense off-white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, grass and citrus. Malty taste with bread, grass, hay and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Hardly groundbreaking, but tasty and well made. Quite enjoyable.

Hazy dull blonde. Thick head. Some light plastic phenols from the saison yeast. Dry, hoppy, and honestly some fruitiness but not much coffee. And here I am liking Kenyan coffee.

Draft @ Ermitage Taproom. Apparently done by some folks who interned at Cantillon and fell in love with Union St Gilloise - the hype is real with this football team - in the vein of Stoemeling.
