Cask at Pig's Ear '17,day one, 05/12/17. Rich mahogany brown with a decent beige cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is light cocoa powder, earthy fruit, floral whisper, light charr. Taste comprises ashen tones, dark fruit rinds, cocoa, hint of pine bite, raisins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with a little spice. So so for the style.

Cask at Pig's Ear '17,day one, 05/12/17. Clear golden with a handsome off white cap. Nose is orange peel, light spice, candied ginger rinds, breads. Taste comprises melon, ginger snap biscuit, orange peel, grains, grass. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness. Decent enough offering for a beer with a ginger aspect.

Cask (gravity) @ 34th Pig's Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2017, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.

[ As East London Ginger Cow ].
ABV: 4.8%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy nad open, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, ginger. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, spicy, ginger, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171206]

Cask at Pigs Ear 2017 - Hackney. Pours clear gold with a bubbly, white froth on top. Lemon and ginger in the aroma. Light sweet flavour, with strong grassy bitterness, orange, light ginger, pale bread. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Finishes with somewhat harsh, grassy bitterness. So so overall.

CASK at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. An ok mild ale, little aroma but gorgeous dark ruby colour. Finish was nutty and Smokey. Something odd in there (pollen of flowers) rather than vanilla.

Cask at the Dartmouth Arms on 10th November 2017. Pale amber with shallow off-white scantly lacing foam. A grassy, grapefruit hop aroma with caramel toffee malt. Citrus tang in-mouth and through the finish. Light body and mouthfeel.

Golden colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of resinous hop and some fruity notes like peach and orange pith.
