Draft - Bready with a touch of stone fruit. Cloudy gold with a rich beige head. Bready with a touch of fruity sweetness. The Apricot doesn’t really shine and is blended into the bready notes.

Draft @ ML Fontainas Bologna Night. Dorée/orangé, col blanc crémeux. Arôme au bouquet bien rendu d’abricots fermentés assez dominant, rétro léger de grains - pâle et cara. Palais est centré sur l’abricot, effet de confiture, mais restant assez naturel. Petite touche d’amertume en retrait avec des pointes de fleuri et une touche de sucre résiduel - levure persistante et amertume sur la fin, le fruité reste bien dominant.

Il gusto al naso riconosce il fruttato e l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, è persistente ed il bicchiere si contorna di una schiuma dal pizzo finale. Le bollicine sono medie. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il perlage è formato da bollicine fini. La carbonazione è media. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è dissetante e semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma riporta percezioni di miele, biscotto e cereali.

Draft at Lambiczoon. Slightly hazy pale yellow color. Earthy aroma. Taste is lightly tart and earthy with subtle citrus. At the recommendation of the server I held the glass up to my ear but I still couldn’t hear the sea.

Bottle, bb 09.09.2017 (thanks fatphil). Pours yellow with whiteish head. Aroma is fruity, citrus, mango. Flavor is sweet and bitter, citrus, lemon, floral, soap. Body is watery, carbonation is high. Overall: drinkable.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata carica, appena torbida, schiuma virtualmente assente. Al naso sentori di malto e uva dolce, alcol, piuttosto vuota e inconsistente. In bocca stesse sensazioni, non sa quasi di nulla, all’attacco nota dolcina con finale fruttato e alcol. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Non pervenuta.

Tap at Eataly in Rome-Italy. Monk cassock color a bit purple, medium ivory foam leaving drafts on the glass. Nose: chestnut honey, roast caramel, ripped red fruit. Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Cloudy orange skin bright pour, creamy white foam. Nose: esters, sweet and spicy, the sweet notes prevail. Mouth: watery, some feel of a Belgian beer far away, lacks body imho, the finish is citric bitter tough. Ok ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled (from K Citymarket Kivihaka, Vaasa). Hazy yellowish golden colour with fluffy white head. Aroma is glue, citrus, mild yeast as well as some herbs and some slight spiciness as well. Flavour is spices, some wheat, citrus, mild wood and some slight toasted and nice floral and fruity notes with a nice grassy back to it. Pleasantly hopped. A shame the aroma was rather unpleasant due to the glueish notes.
