Bottle purchased from an Enoteca Regionale in the truli district of Alberobello. Opaque dark brown beer, big fluffy pale tan head. Palate is light, mildly dry. Decent fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts. Light malt cream. Fruity smoky whiskey. Some peaty tang, obvious but not overwhelming. Trace of dark chocolate. Smooth tangy finish. Peat whiskey stouts never gonna be my favourite, but this one is quite approachable.

Bottle from GBBF 2017 and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold colour lasting white head. Herby lemon aroma. Not an aggressive gose. Some salty lemon sour but there is herb too. Some sweetness. Ok. Not my thing.

Draft. Poured slower than Pietro Mennea could run a 200 meter dash - and drunk much slower, to savour the memories of a world record that lasted for more than 16 years - I watch live the second fastest run in 1992 at the Olympics in Barcelona, Mike Marsh could have taken it that day, but layed off to prepare for the final... It is a hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of apricots, hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, apricots, spices, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.
