500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear amber, little to no head. Light malt loaf aromas, dried fruit, bit of butterscotch. Taste hasn’t got a right lot going on. Bit watery. Ok.

500ml bottle from beers of Europe. Pours clear pale gold, thin white head. Aromas of peach and honey. Taste had more maltiness. Light floral bitter finish. Not bad.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, apple, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, grassy, apple, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20111207]

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, moderate hoppy, fruity, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111206]

Smooth tasting golden ale with a small head. Has a malty aroma and neutral flavour.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear pale gold beer. Light dry palate. No real head. A little fruit in there but it’s all a bit too dry and insipid to be enjoyable.

Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Clear pale golden. Sweet and creamy with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Spun sugar, citrus and custard. Low bitterness.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, wood, fruits, some earth and mild biscuity notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, caramelly, earthy and mildly toasted as well. Ends rather bready and a bit sweet fruity/floral hoppy.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some fruity and floral notes as well as mild herbal tones. Flavour is grassy, fruity and mildly wooden with some slight bready maltyness.
