Cask at GBBF '22 day 4, 05/08/22. Clear golden with a decent white cap. Nose is melon, tangerine, light floral notes, soft malts. Taste comprises grass, orange zest, light pine, melon, airy malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough cask pale.

From cask at the GBBF with Holmen1 and Stephen 03.08.22. Labelled Great Corby Signal Peak. Clear golden. Decent aroma and taste of marmalade, pale malt, and old citrus. Drinkable.

Bottle ordered from Beer GB/Beer Ambleside. Now Great Corby Fox and 4.7%. Aroma had caramel malts and berries. Clear brown. Thick foamy off-white head. Light-medium bitter with a big sour berry edge. Underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. It's nice enough but not particularly exciting. May as well be a standard bitter.

Creamy tan head stayed on a near black still body. Liquorice, malt & roasted aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a tingle on the back. Liquorice, roasted, nutty & malt tastes with a bitter finish. Excellent traditional Stout.

Backlog May 2017. Clear, deep amber body under a small beige head. Aroma has dark malt, toast and licorice. Taste of sweet, soft, dark malt, some toast and moderate bitterness. Decent.

Bottle from Beer Ambleside. Appearance - black bit with some red chinks. Beige crema head. Nose - ground coffee and dark chocolate. Caramel undernote. Taste - dark chocolate and milky coffee. Palate - medium bodied if a little thin. Dry, roasty finish. Overall - decent.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours clear dark brown with a thin beige head. Aromas of coffee and chocolate. Taste is a bit thin, cocoa and coffee. Not bad.
