Tap at Komachi. Crisp orange nose, malty, clean, biscuits. Deep, clear orange color. Crisp and fruity, with a creamy malt background. Perfectly balanced and cleanly made. Not super exciting but good drinking.

100mls at Craft Beer Market pours a clear, burnt orange, ring of off white head. Nose doesn't have a ton, malt, earthy notes, some date. Flavor follows. Yeah its a barleywine, but its lacking pop. Finishes medium bodied and astringent. 6 3 6 2 11

On tap at Beer Rize in Okinawa. Pours clear golden with a small off-white head, good lacing. Tropical, citrus, bready, herbal and pine. Very good. Better than many IPAs in America.

Draft at Towa. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of white foam. Tropical fruit nose with some papaya and pineapple with dank citrus aromas. A bit green on the palate. Easy drinking and fun haze with some pine on the finish.
