Draft: Poured a coppery orange amber with an off white head. Aroma is malty, boozy. Taste is sweet malts, fruity, figs, raisins, light boost.
Lots of oak. Light fruitiness. Good sourness. Very nice stuff.
Nice and fruity, bit funky in a good way. White grape, quite bitter. Very nice!
On tap. Pours a clear golden hue with a large white head. A sweet toasted malt nose. Biscuit, light lemon, really malty.

light white golden turbid color. Beautiful citrus and vitamin C in the nose. Wonderful nose. Medium body. Fairly juicy not overly dank but damn that nose rocks

Pours a bright golden with a well formed white head. Some sweet, toasty malts right off the bat with light fruit, and wet grain. The flavor pops with a level of hop bite that was completely unexpected from the aroma. Good earthy, spicy hop notes throughout over a layer of toasted malt. Finishes with a long bitter pleasantness. I wasn’t really sure what to expect from this beer but I gotta say I am mightily impressed. Simple, clean and crispy. Dig it.

This mostly clean and clear golden ale some out the gate with some nice citrus notes that are quickly followed by a more intense floral profile. The citrus really takes a backseat for the mostly the rest of the beer at this point. There is a light honey sweetness that meets you halfway before everything vanishes. Seriously. The entire flavor profile of the beer goes *poof* for a second before the Yuzu citrus flashes back for a brief moment in the finish. This is a weird beer. It’s super light and, I guess refreshing due to the citrus. But the citrus is fleeting and the honey floral notes that really carry the beer are similarly light. Don’t come here if really looking for a Yuzu showcase, but for a light afternoon thirst quencher, it does an alright job.

Hazed out bright orange with a tall white head. Plenty of citrus, weed, mango and papaya in the aroma. Medium bodied. Flavor is similar with a big fruit juice profile. Good stuff and thankfully not overly sweet. The word dank comes to mind.

Tap at Takumiya. Hazy orange with a greenish tint. Spicy nose, light tea, citrus, Belgian yeast spiciness. Bitter finish with a decent sweetness before, fruity, light green tea notes. Good.
