Tap at JBC. Halfway between US and Belgium. Heavy spicing and herbal, but light booziness. Lemongrass? Quite tasty. Little bit of creaminess. Got the end of the keg. Want to try this again.

Keg at Baird Nakameguro. Soy sauce, light roast, bit of dark choc. Finish is dry and roasty. Little bit of cherry coke, some occasional sweetness, light smoke. Good stuff.

Tap at Cool Beer Craft. Nice, aroma is lime, hoppy. Taste is nice, lime again, light bitterness at finish, bit of malty sweetness. Very refreshing.

Tap at CBM Koenji. Lots of clove, lots of citrus, bit of plastic. Mellows a little further down but still feels over spiced. Bit of bubblegum. I love good saisons but this one's not for me.

Tap at CBM Koenji. Aroma is a little fruity, cherry, berries. Cittus. Taste is nice, light hoppiness, bit of a bite, but maybe something lacking. Citrus bitter finish.

Tap at Gremlin. Aroma is similar to their white saison, clove, lots and of herbs, white pepper, bit of roast there. Taste is better, more roastiness, herbal stuff more subdued, little bit of bitterness at the end. Something a little spicy too. But, in my opinion, a little underwhelming.

Tap at Gremlin. Aroma is roast, coffee, chocolate. Taste is great bitter chocolate, roast, some sweetness, sticky, caramel. Really nice. Very surprised and wish I had taken more notes, but this was really good.

Tap at Wiz. Fresh forest smell, pine, slightly earthy, bit fruity, big cat piss. Nice! Taste is good. Lots of bitterness, earthy again, resin, light plastic, bit of tropical and of course pine. Nice.

Tap at Gremlin. Nice. Feels like a session, easy drinking. Light fruitiness, pear and apple, little bit of citrus. Little bit of bitterness. Like it quite a bit for the easiness.
