Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a decent sized bubbly white head. Aroma was grass, mild citrus, floral, and light malt. Flavor was similar to the aroma. Fresh with some spice thrown in. Medium body and well carbonated. Pretty solid, though nothing outstanding.

Hay straw golden color with a similar nose profile. Big frothy white head too. Corn also showing it presence in the nose, bujt I will skip what Marc said about that. Malty and refreshing but not overly complex. Some buscuit and flower notes at the end. Thing I did appreciate is it wasn’t as sweet as many Japanese beers.

Dark brown color, light brown creamy head. Looks marvelous. Puffed wheat, molasses and caramel notes in the nose, but somewhat subdued. Then the mouth..... molasses, brown sugar, dark chocolate, dark cherries, burnt raisins. Very malty and very rich. This is a dark bock lovers paradise. Very malty. Full caccoa, molasses, dark cherry finish. Yum. Had just before Avery 13 and that looked pretty average compared to this.
