Draft at Het Klooster, Delft. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is toffee, light orange citrus and yeast. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, earthy, herbal, vinous, bready, tropical citrus fruit palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Too sweet for an IPA.

Dorée, col blanc épais.
Arôme au bouquet tropical / floral et herbacé, léger rétro-nasla résineux avec ce bon côté de dankness - léger pamplemousse rose.
Palais joue à fond la carte des houblons avec ici des svauex rappeant la nectarine, grosielle verte, ananas avec ce peitt côté acidulé ainsi que de snotes tropicales et d'agrumes. Doucuer aussi en retrait ave un effet riasin Sauvignon , le tout avec un volet hazy qui reste modéré.

Cloudy pale light yellow to light beige beer, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, very dank, earthy, hoppy, a bit resinous, more dank hops, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty sweet, some alcohol, good bitterness, some tropical fruits, juicy, citrus. Aftertaste: bitter, spicy, hoppy, a bit resinous, pleasant, some tropical fruits, nice stuff!

Tap @ Beer o clock, Lyon as Piggy Elle a pas de nom (Stout). Pitch black body under a medium sized beige head. Nice, strong aroma of dark roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, vanilla and alcohol. Taste is sweet, roasted dark malt, dark chocolate, some coffee, vanilla, balanced bitterness and warming alcohol. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste. Nice sipper.
