Description
The pig philosophy was born in Lorraine, among the "Gros". With us, everyone is "fat" and you don't have to be physically imposing to be "fat" in your mind. The porcine philosophy above all reflects the character traits of piglets, both jovial and epicurean, as quick to chouille as to taste a mousse in the rules of the art. She also has the will not to take herself seriously even if it does not prevent anything from knowing how to assert herself.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with small, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty, minimally spicy and minimally BA supported aroma, notes of dark chocolate, coffee, cocoa, caramel, a touch of Bourbon, vanilla, (chipotle) chili. Taste is roasty, chocolately, dark malty and mildly spicy, notes of chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, hints of chipotle, some vanilla, cautious BA support with a Bourbon touch. Viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation. Nice composition, harmonious, not overspiced - pretty good.

Bottle 330ml @ Rasmus hytte. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, oat and cocoa. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long cocoa, chocolate, oat and grainy finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

330ml Can - Hazy golden yellow with a small head. Grapefruit, lemon and some slightly spicy notes in the aroma. Grapefruit, pineapple, lemon and some spicy hints in the taste.

Can from Pivny Raj. Yelow color with white head. Clear hoppy aroma of tropical fruits, pineapples, light oranges. Taste is juicy hop centered with tropicla fruits, citrus, light zest, lime, basil, notes of rosemary. Long hoppy bitter finish.

Pours black and gloppity with a thin, beige head. Dark chocolate aroma. Red currant. A whiff of pine. Taste is mildly bitter with an understated, but lingering, milk chocolate sweetness. Full-bodied, very mild carbonation. Pleasant. Not a lot of depth.

Draft @ One Shot Brewpub after a 140km gravel race. Pours a clear gold, good white head. Aroma brings citric orange, melon. Flavour profile brings citrus, balanced tropical hints alongside nice cutting bitterness and good malt base. Solid classic (non hazy) IPA.
