Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2023. Thx Mateo. Pretty clear golden body, white head. White grapes dominate the aroma - Moscato apparently, same as the one I'd had before, but with wine yeast. Sweet honeyish touches are brought up as well. Lean, dry taste, tart, white grape, and honey, light spice, maybe not heavy handed on the grape profile, but well made, pleasant. Hmm, this one I think I liked batter at the first go than Samos, but Samos developed in a way I kinda dug more in the long run.

Tap at the Prague Beer Fest 2023. Huge thanks Matteo! So, this one is brewed with Moscato and beer yeast. Hazy golden body, off white head. Sweetish, smooth, dusty aroma, mild phenolic touches, light white grapes. Sweetish taste, bit dusty, tart, with a light grape presence that opens a lot as it warms, grew on me!

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 18 Oct 2019) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with notes of crisp-bread, orange peel and apricots. Malty, slightly fruity taste with crisp-bread, orange peel, apricots and a mild citric bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Soft and mild, but tasty and well balanced. Quite enjoyable.

Draft @Moeder Lambic.
