500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Grainy, strawy aroma, some malt spicyness, a honey-biscuity touch. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, grainy, cautiously strawy, subtle honey biscuit sweetness. Too sweet to be called "drinkable".

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Malty aroma, a touch of caramel, herbal hoppy overtones. Taste is minimally sweet malty, minimally strawy, cautious herbal hoppy overtones. Quite boring.

500ml bottle. Barely clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Cautiously grainy, strawy aroma with a spicy touch of hay, a fresh grassy hop note a well. Taste is pale malty, fresh, bitter hoppy overtones, minimally tangy. OK for the style.

500ml bottle [as "Geburtstags-Bier">. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy aroma, floppy bitter hoppy overtones. Taste is monotonously bitter hoppy, strawy, very subtle grainy sweetness, minimally soapy. A turn-off.

The beer starts mouldy-malty, slightly sweetish. Strange. Easy to drink, not deep, hints of malt, nearly no bitterness. The malty-mouldy aroma remains till the last end.

Sweetish-fresh, sourish hints. Yeasty body without too much banana or clove. Hints of sourness that makes it easy to dring, but I miss a nice yeasty smoothness. The aftertaste is medium, fresh-yeasty, hints of unripe pears, very interesting. Not bad and thirst-quenching.

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, pale malt, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, sugary malt, hay - straw. Sehr hellgelbe Farbe, süßlich-würziger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist wässrig-süßlich. Zum Hauptteil kommt eine sehr schöne Hopfenwürzigkeit dazu, die eher zu einem Export als zu einem Pils passt. Sehr pils-untypisch säuerlich-würzig. Der Nachgeschmack ist vollmundig-würzig und angenehm säuerlich-feinherb. Im Blindtest hätte ich auf Export getippt
