Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham on 29th December 2023. Golden amber with shallow foam and spot lacing. Citrus aroma with nutty malt. Rich tangy fruitiness in-mouth, and a citrusy finish. Light body and a crisp mouthfeel.

440ml can from Home Bargains. Pours a relatively clear gold, good white head. Very light floral aroma. Not a lot going on to taste, very empty with very light floral hop expression, very light malt sweetness, soft bitterness, finishing dry. A bit forgettable.

440ml can from Home Bargains. Misty yellow appearance, good white head. Lovely soft mouthfeel, hints of creamy peach Melba yoghurt emerging. Nice and light overall without feeling like its lacking.. great balance. Really good.

Half-pint, cask ale at The Bull. Shared with Finn. A bubbly ring to the rim of the surface, clear pale golden body, scattered lacing. Subdued aromas of ripe lemon. Biscuit, white bread, and lemony hops to the taste buds. Grain-fruity ending with distant bitterness to it. Drinks well. Satisfying. (Birmingham 14.02.2023).

500ml bottle from Anthony's of Wellington. Drank at home on 25th January 2023. Amber body, almost clear, the head a white affair. Malty nose and taste with some sweet caramel as it's base. There is also a mild hop bitterness towards the finish with a mini-citrus leaning.

Not remotely like an IPA
