Very fruity aroma of citrus, grapefruit, orange peel. Mildly bitter hops. Dry finish. This blonde scores no point for originality, but it’s good and I’ll definitely drink it again because I just love the style.

Pours a hazy orange with a thin white head that disappears quickly. Aroma of fruits, malts, citrus peel, hops, yeast. Drinkable, but little more than a gimmick.

Pours a hazy golden with a huge frothy white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, fruit, some spices and hops. Flavour is dry fruit, some slight caramel sweetness. Not bad for a Pilsner.

Pours a dark reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma of malts, caramel, dark fruits, especially cherry, hops. Flavour is light sour, light woody/smoked. Bitter fruity aftertaste. Complex and interesting, but not for me. I found the fruity sweetness a bit harsh.

Aroma of malt, caramel, tropical fruits, grapefruit, hops. Lots and lots of hops, this is agressively hopped. Surprisingly, there is a potent Brett funkiness in the aroma. Flavour is grapefruit, orange marmalade. Finish is moderate to medium hoppy bitterness. Masterful, especially because of the use of Brett.

Aroma of wheat, fruits, light barnyard funk, slightly herbal. Flavour is fruity, very little sweetness, a bit acidic , with some welcome hoppy bitterness uncommon to the style in the finish. It’s a shame about the ridiculously high level of carbonation, the bottle literally opened with the sound of a gunshot. The barnyard funk leads me to believe that this may have been infected.

Aroma of dark roasted malts, chocolate, tart fruits, some coffee, some smoke. Flavour is roasty and a bit tart, with a roasty bitter finish. Great, what’s not to like about this tart Porter?

Aroma of malt, caramel, bread, raisins, dark fruits, wood, coffee. Flavour is medium sweet with a long bittersweet finish. Rich aroma and full flavoured, almost Barleywine-ish. Definitely one of the better Bocks.
