Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a head. Fairly bitter in design, in both aroma and taste, with a few malts in the mix.

Cask at GBBF '23, day 2, 02/08/23. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a beige cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is chocolate, charr, dark fruit rinds, mellow roast. Taste comprises good roasted bite, cocoa powder, treacle toffee, dark malts, light spice. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent cask stout.

Creamy white head on a golden coloured body. Minimal aroma. Sweet, fruity, muted hops & tangy grapefruit tastes with a malt backbone.

Hand-pulled pint (3.8% ABV) in the Pheasant, 28th April 2023, a pre Curry drink with Margie, my son Ben, my bother Matt and his wife Ellie. Clean blonde body, decent white crown. Citrusy leaning in the nose and taste with lemons to the fore. Light bitter finish, but it's all a bit too subtle for me.

Cask me ax 4/20/23. Dark. Frothy, beige head, low retention. Chocolate, nuts, fudge. Could be kinda sweet based on the nose. But clean at least. Nutty with tobacco and vanilla. Very soft, slick, under carbonated. Bit of plastic character on the finish.
