Description
We, Sharp’s Brewery, are a modern brewer of cask and bottled beer based in Rock, Cornwall, and owner of the UK’s number one cask and bottled beer, Doom Bar. We’ve grown rapidly to become the largest brewer of cask beer in the South West.
Sharp's Brewery was founded in 1994 by Bill Sharp. The brewery has been through three phases – from a small micro brewery, to a larger facility within the same building and finally to the current phase that has seen the Brewery extend its premises to accommodate more vessels and increase its brewing capacity. Since 2011, the brewery has been owned by Molson Coors.

Old rating - A pint from the cask at The Prince William in Brixham, enjoyed on the patio. Pours a deep amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of fruits, citrus, flora, pine & malt. Well balanced. Slightly bitter finish. Very decent beer.

Old rating - A beer I've tried on a number of occasions both in bottle & from the cask. On this occasion it was from a warm bottle on the We Ferry cruising around Torbay harbour, with fresh fish & chips. Very enjoyable occasion, beer was passable, mostly toasted malt & caramel.

Pitstop mens vi venter på bussen ved East Finchley, på The Old White Lion: klar lys gylden med ok skum. Citrus, gress og snille urter i en slank maltkropp. Ok bitterhet i avslutningen.
