Cask at cRewe Dog, Crewe. Pours a slightly hazy lemon yellow (with a greenish tinge) with minimal off-white head. The aroma has mainly floral hops. In the mouth it starts off slightly sweet before bitterness quickly floods the taste buds. The main flavour is summer fruits plus apples and a little generic citrus. Finish is somewhat dry. Reasonable, but not outstanding.

Hazy pale gold with a frothy white head and a slightly funky aroma. Light bodied with a soft fruity flavour, grape and apple maybe, and a dry, slightly tart, bitter finish. [Shrewsbury CAMRA Beer Festival 2022]

440ml can from Bottle & Barrel. Golden amber pour with a faint mist, large foamy white head. Aroma has white wine barrel suggestions, continuing to taste, good depth of flavour with nice yeasty saison expressions, does taste like a blend of two beers, oaky barrel-aged notes with a good farmhouse feel. Really nice saison this.

Keg at Heidrun, HW, 19/05/22. Clear golden blonde with a decent white cap. Nose is pale malts, grains, faint honey, citric zest. Taste comprises crisp malts, grass, ight honey, floral notes, lemon zest. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. It's fine if a touch pedestrian.
