Moved to Woodley in 2020, brewing ceased shortly after.

Bottle at home. Bought at Inn At Home, Guildford. Sweet coffee/malt aroma, with a hint of vanilla. Cola coloured. Very sparse beige head. Sweet at first, then bitter, especially in finish. Relatively light bodied for a stout. Carbonation is front and centre in terms of mouthfeel - the jury is out on this element. There is some vanilla there but as per the aroma am getting sour coffee and berries. Prefer it to their coffee stout. But it’s confusing me - sweet and sharp/bitter.

Cask. Appearance is golden, amber tinge, hardly any head at all. Aroma- lots of fruity hops, orange and pineapple, some malt in the background. Taste- fresh hops, pineapple, citrus fruit, orange peel, earthy malt base, slightly sticky mouthfeel. Good stuff.
