Description
Binghams Brewery opened its doors in 2010 and was located in the Berkshire village of Twyford. We’ve been brewing quality cask ales across the spectrum from lighter thirst slaying session beers (3.7%) to something with a bit more oomph (5.0%).

Moved to Woodley in 2020, brewing ceased shortly after.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 13/04/2012. Near black with a decent, off-white head. Milk chocolate and roasted malts upfront, with the chilli only really becoming evident in the finish, with some long-lasting warmth. Enjoyable.

50cl bottle from Westholme Stores, Goring. Amber with a loose white head; slightly musty, honeyed aroma with some dusty hops; much better in the mouth though, soft and smooth with some zesty citrus fruit; and then a strong burst of mouth-filling hops that are assertive, but not too bitter; leading to a woody finish.
