Flaske 500ml fra Tuckers Maltings. Delt med Rune på rom 11 på Great Western Hotel, Exeter 27 Sep 16. Veldig lys stråfarget. Så vidt litt skum langs kanten. Aroma av svisker. Smaken lett brent malt & tørket frukt. Avslutter tørt & bittert.

Catching up on ratings from GBBF 2016. From cask. Poured clear ruby brown with an average sized beige head. Aroma of malt, caramel, nut, and lightly fruity and floral. Light sweetness and bitterness. Not much body, thin texture, and soft carbonation.

Cask-conditioned on gravity, at Weymouth Octoberfest. Golden in colour, and slightly with a small, off-white, head. Sweetish with some ripe cereal malts, stone fruits and a slightly herbal edge, before a gentle finish. Fine.

500ml bottle as Bottle Blonde bought at Tuckers Maltings. Shared with Finn. Bright straw coloured body. Fragile lacing, dotted spots. Grass, hay and citrus on the nose. Taste of ripe lemon and bread. Dy bitter tail backed by citrus peels. Easy to drink and quite refreshing (Hotel room, Exeter 27.09.2016).

Cask at GBBF 2016. It pours clear deep brown with a medium white head. The aroma is sticky, woody, grainy, musty, sulphurous fart and egg sandwich. The taste is sweet, sticky, bitter wood, very eggy indeed, sulphur, old egg sandwich and some leather. Finish is eggy. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not good at all, unless you are looking for an egg-forward mild ale.
