Our beer is brewed using green sand-filtered water is of the finest quality, Maris Otter barley organically grown in the Cerne Valley by Will Best at Manor Farm, and other top-quality ingredients.

Bottle shared with the family, Streatham, London (cheers Colin) (26/08/2016) - pours golden with a white head. Aroma and taste is grassy and light floral hoppy, hay, straw, some light lemon citrus notes, bready pale malts, not bad, the old man actually really liked this :)

bottle from Udder Farm Shop. Golden yellow, tall white head. Malty base with a grainy touch, lingering hoppy finish with a grassy-floral character.

Cask at GBBF ’16, day one, 09/08/16. Lightly gazed reddish amber with a decent beige head. Nose is fruit loaf, earthy, light very fruit, grains. Taste comprises biscuit, tangy fruit esters, straw, light spice, red berry nip. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate mild.

Sampled @ GBBF day 1. Clear ruby red brown color, small off-whte head. Smell and taste malts, caramel, a touch of nuts, a touch of hops, lightly bitter. Average body and carbonation. Decent beer.

Bottle at Chris and Ruth’s pre-GBBF Shindig, 2016 (Sunday sesh.). Amber pour with a white head. Vanilla, warm spice and caramel aroma. Flavours of caramel, soft fruit and vanilla. Not bad.

Cask at GBBF 2016 10/08/2016. A hazed reddy copper coloured pour a lasting loose beige head. Flavour is composed of nutty malts, green apple, raisin, toffee. Nutty malts. Tangy bitter finish. Hint of sour underripe berries palate is dry and pithy moderate carbonation. Ok mild.
