On cask @ Alexander’s in Kendall. Pours golden with a nice haze and a steady stream of bubbles which keep the head going to the end of the drink. The nose is citrus with some yoghurt from the yeast. The taste is a little bit more on the citrus pith side with the minerality coming through too. The palate is very good but in the end, slightly too sharp. Overall, a decent pale ale.

Cask at GBBF 2012, London. Pours perfectly clear gold with a fine, white foam head. Big biscuity aroma, some hay. Medium sweet flavor with tons of straw, biscuity pale malts, hay, white bread. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Nice, balanced finish, more biscuits, white bread. Super good beer. Very well rounded. (Score: 4.1)
Cask at Market Porter. Pours clear yellow with a foamy white head. Lots of doughy white bread, some light straw bitterness. Good balance. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Not bad. (Score: 3.6)

Cask at GBBF 2010. A brown beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as hints of butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and chewy toffee, leading to a dry, bitter, and citrusy finish.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, hops. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. @ Punch Bowl Inn, Crosthwaite. Golden coolour. Fresh, spicy, leafy hop aroma. Herbal and dry with lots of appetizing bitterness. Lightly earthy, toasty balancing malts.
