Cask @ Three Pidgeons, Halifax. Near black, not quite, with a decent creamy head. Coffee is dominant in both aroma and taste, with a dryness to the latter, which continues in its aftertaste.

Keighley & Worth Valley Railway Beer Festival 2024. Slightly deeper golden coloured brew, clear too. Light raspberry that develops for a more fuller aftertaste. Still quite hoppy at this point with a generally hoppy base.

Cask. Brewers 1841 (formerly known as the Brewers Pride) Ossett. Clear pale gold. Tight white head. Sweet cereal and some lemony hop. Taste has a cereal sweetness and plenty of grassy bitterness. Light body. Easy chugger without being the least bit interesting.
