500ml bottle from Gloucester Services: BB July 19. Drank at home on 22nd May 19. Had high hopes of this, bought in a presentation pack of three different Corinium beers for over eleven pounds. The next one wasn't up to much either, hope the last one is better. Anyway this poured golden with a mini-haze, on top a wispy white head. Light citrus nose and flavour, semi-bitter, semi-tart; not impressed.

Bottle from a farm shop somewhere in deepest darkest Gloucestershire. Poured a hazy pale amber with an off white head. Initial taste was rather too bitter with some assertive grassy hops. Gradually gets more balanced with some spice, a little earthiness and sweet caramel coming through. A little stewed tea too. Grew on me, but maybe not enough.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at Swindon Beer Festival 26/10/2017. Near black in colour, with a slight, beige, head. Rich chocolate notes, some dark fruits, leafy hops, a hint of spice, before a dryish, warming, finish. Very easy drinking for the ABV and my favourite of the festival.
