Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Amber with a dense cream head; orange aroma; smooth with a orangey malt taste; and some sharp but sweer grapefruit to finish. Good stuff.

Cask handpump at my local the Crown, Charlton-on-Otmoor, Sunday 26th January 2014 Malty brown bitter, easy drinking with a reasonable bittersweet snap. Inoffensive old mans style bitter, safe but lacking in hops its fine. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Cask at Moon and Sixpence, Wetherspoons in Hatch End. A dark red/brown coloured pour with a small off white head on top. Fruity, malty, slight chocolate aroma. Tastes similar, fruity, malty, hint of chocolate.

Bree Louise. Cask. Clear deep amber beer, small cream coloured head. Palate is smooth with low carbonation. Sweetish malt, little dried fruits. Over ripe orange. Light finish. Itโs fine.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Deep chestnut in colour with a reddish glow and a loose beige head; drinking chocolate aroma; creamy texture with deeply roasted chocolatey malt taste; then the finish is dry with lingering chocolate. Good stuff.

Bree Louise. Cask. Almost clear amber beer, residual pale tan head. Tangy semi sweet fruits, very light touch of candy fruits. Little cherry. Light finish, quite sweet and tangy. A little weird but drinkable.

Cask, handpump at The Crown, Charlton-On-Otmoor, Oxfordshire, Sunday 29th December 2013 Pours copper in colour with a slight head, I thought that I had rated this as I have had it quite a lot over the years and a couple of times over the last weeks. Touch thin and watery but aside from that it is ok, caramel, nutty and with a little bitterness, (I wished theyโd have upped the Cascade and Liberty), it is absolutely fine its a safe beer. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Cask at the Bootlegger, High Wycombe. Gold with a thin white head and a light fizz.. Decent kick of citrus up front then digestive biscuits behind with a light bitterness. Better than average monthly special from Rebellion, but as others have said itโs got bugger all to do with Christmas.

Cask pint, as Marlow Rebellion Red, at The Tabard, Turnham Green, Chiswick. Beautiful deep red (well, brownish red) colour, low off-white head. Malty aroma, hints of malt vinegar and some caramel, ripe berries too. Same elements in the flavour, but not much sweetness. Moderate hops in the finish. Very English.

Cask (handpump) @ EBF15 2013, 15th Egham Beer Festival, Egham United Services Club (EUSC), 111 Spring Rise, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 9PE.Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, light caramel, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130809]
