Cask@GBBF2012. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, wooden, grassy and some mild resiny and herbal notes. Flavour is quite similar in a nice balance. Bitter with attitude, as for the flavour.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Gold with a ring of white head; fruity aroma, with a hint of peach stones; dry and fruity with apricot and plum flavours; then a finish thatโ€™s dry with a light herbal bitterness.

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Slightly hazy goldeny orange colour with a small fluffy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is sweet and bready malts along with some slight herbal and floral notes. Flavour is quite similar with also some mild nutty and grassy notes. Pleasantly bitter and dry.

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, woode and mildly floral with some sweet maltyness. Flavour is fruits, toffee, caramel, mild herbs and some mild wooden notes.

Wenlock Arms. Clear gold beer. Semi crisp dry palate. Fresh fruity hpos - orange and a little tangerine and dry peach and apricot. Not too bitter. A fresh beer that finishes dry.

On tap somewhere! Clear dark brown beer. Tangy and fruity. Palate is slightly dry. Well flavoured in itโ€™s tangy fruitiness. Not bitter or overdry.

Cask at the Old manor (JDW), Bracknell. reddish chestnut in colour with a tight cream head; fruity, blackcurrant,a roma; sweet and smooth with a blackcurranty flavour, although somewhat watery; then a light bitterness before a sweet biscuity malt finish. Very pleasant.

GBBF. Cask. Clear amber beer. Light semi soft and semi dry palate. Dry even malt with well balanced hop. Yet another perfectly fine beer if you like dull English Bitters.

Clear dark red - brown beer. Dry crispy palate. Medium malt with a fair bit of bitter hop. Finishes malty dry with a little fruity hop coming through. Sounds better than it is, inoffensive but pretty dull.
