Description
Our products are made in the traditional way using English apples from our own orchards. We also use Cider fruit from Somerset and Herefordshire.

We press during October and November using out own orchard apples together with true Cider fruit from traditional Cider orchards.

Our aim is to produce an interesting, full juice, draught Cider that is free from artificial colouring and flavouring.

Bag in a box at The White Horse, Hedgerley, Bucks, 31-07-10 in company of Loz, dad & Pauline Pours hazy piss colour. Tangy apples on what is an otherwise quite subtle low key nose. Taste is tangy and fresh apples, little bit woody, some apple skin, softens with some lemon juice showing and drying at end. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

From the Borough Market location - Pours sparkling gold and has a green apple aroma. It’s a very bubbly cider, almost champagne like, and tastes of sweet green apples. I find it a bit watery but it may have just been too cold. The finish is dry.

Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival 07-05-10 This poured more golden than the silver colour which was the typical colour of the rest of the perries here, but t had a pretty decent clarity. Aroma was quite peary but not the big up front squishy juicy pears like the Gwatkin Blakeney Red. Taste was tangy, peary and not too sweet. Not my favourite of the perries but it had its charms. Polycask at Banbury Beer Festival 07-05-10 Pours gold, touch hazy. Touch sweet and that sort of artificially sweetness reminiscent of a appley lemsip, blunted apple on the nose, its ok. A6 A3 F6 P3 Ov12 3.0
