Description
Our products are made in the traditional way using English apples from our own orchards. We also use Cider fruit from Somerset and Herefordshire.

We press during October and November using out own orchard apples together with true Cider fruit from traditional Cider orchards.

Our aim is to produce an interesting, full juice, draught Cider that is free from artificial colouring and flavouring.

15cl bottle sample @ Cider House, Borough Market.
Fini assez sec.

Bottle pour at London Cider House. Pours clear gold with a white head. Musty old wood and sweet apples on the nose. Flavour has medium sweet apples, a touch of champage yeast, and more tannins coming through on the finish. Very nice.

On tap at The London Cider House, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out light toffee, crisp apple skins, and gentle tannins. Flavour seems bone dry to me despite the advertising as medium, with champagne-like effervescence and tannins. Complex and well-constructed. Good stuff.

500ml bottle from the New Forest Visitor Centre. Shared with Soph on Elliot, our dalmatian's, 12th birthday. Pours a clear gold. Gentle fleshy fruit nose, lightly caramelised. Flavour profile is balanced, fruity but fairly easy going and gentle with a very mild tannin close. A touch crisp, very fine spritz.
